Ashley Graham is from Lincoln, Nebraska. Two of her sisters were brought up together and was regularly bullied at school due to the large size of her legs. Graham was first diagnosed as having A.D.H.D. shortly after her schooling in elementary school. Although she had to face numerous obstacles, which included A.D.H.D. in the teenage years, she did manage to overcome them. Graham was spotted in Nebraska through a talent agency when she was just 12 years of age. Prior to graduating in 2005 from Lincoln Southwest High School (now Lincoln Southwest High School), she had appeared on billboards, magazines and other advertisements. Her physique was unique and had an unusual shape that made finding jobs difficult in the beginning. Graham had several offers for catalog girls, but they claimed that she would not be able to move beyond simple tasks. It was fortunate that she was able to prove the session casters' lies and make rapid strides in her professional career. Sally Singer from "Vogue" interviewed her, which was among her biggest achievements. The following year, in 2009, Graham appeared in "Glamour's" "These Bodies Are Beautiful at All Sizes". Graham's Lane Bryant commercial, which was then banned by a number of countries, made her headlines once more. In the year prior to its de-listing from YouTube, the commercial was watched by more than 800,000 people. The issue got so out of hand that she even went to the Jay Leno show "The Tonight Show" to debate it. Graham gained not long after her fame and has become one of today's best-known plus-size model. Grande started acting and singing when she was very young. In 2008, she was offered a role in her first Broadway show 13 before she began to appear on TV in smaller roles. Her first major break in 2010 after she was featured in Nickelodeon's television show Victorious. The show featured her as Cat Valentine a teenage girl attending a performing art school. When the sitcom was cancelled 2013 she starred in a spin-off series Sam & Cat (2013-14).
